Pastor Zakiyyah Hill was born and raised in Sacramento, CA where she still resides. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at the age of 9 years old at New Hope Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Pastor Wendell Burnett. She and her husband Deacon Larry Hill Sr. have been married for 21 years and have five beautiful children. Valuing the importance of education in 2008 she completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice and went on to completing her Masters of Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary in May of 2020. In addition to her educational accomplishments Zakiyyah Hill is a self-published author of the book “Descendants of Tamar- from Desolation to Deliverance.”
Not long after publishing her book Pastor Hill was called into the ministry and ordained on January 10th , 2016. A year later she was installed as the Senior Pastor of Family Bible Fellowship of Sacramento on March 12th , 2017. As she continues to follow the calling of God on her life her mission is “No fear, no doubt, only FAITH!”
